How long does it take to process my order?

Our order processing time frame is 1 - 3 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing express postage does not change our processing time of 1 - 3 business days.

Can I return my purchase?

EARRINGS
In the interest of hygiene and safety, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. All detailed product information is listed in the description of each item.
If you have found a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via hello@megmakes.biz. We may ask you to take photos of the issue or ask for more information. Each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

CLOTHING
Due to our small runs of clothing we do not have the capacity to accept change of mind returns or exchanges. Please ensure you order the correct size, referring to our size guide before purchasing.

What about postage?

We offer free standard parcel post (this is a tracked service) through Australia Post for domestic orders $25.00 and over.

Any domestic orders $24.00 and under will incur a standard postage cost of $5.00. 

Express postage may be purchased for an additional $5.00. Purchasing express postage does not change our processing time of 1-3 business days.

All Australian orders automatically include signature on delivery. If you do not wish to have this service, you may opt out on the Australia Post website once tracking has been received.

We also offer international postage for an additional $10.00 to NZ and $15.00 worldwide.

Please make sure you provide the correct postal address when checking out. Any orders that are returned to us with an incorrect address will incur a postage fee for the item to be redelivered.

Meg Makes does not take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost by Australia Post. If your parcel is lost, we will do our best to help you lodge an enquiry to locate the parcel (this can only be done once the full recommended delivery time has passed so please make sure you check this before contacting us. You can check these times via the Australia Post website).. We also encourage you to call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.

If you would like to take insurance out on your order please add it to your cart from the drop down menu on the product page. This will ensure that your parcel is delivered to you safely.

What are your products made from?

All of our earrings are handmade from polymer clay using stainless steel hoops and backings.

All of our clothing is designed in Brisbane, Australia by Meg Makes. All of our clothing is printed on 100% cotton and manufactured in China.
